ADMISSION DETAILS

        Admissions offered in the Academic Year 2008-09: GUNDECHA EDUCATION ACADEMY offers admission to Nursery, Std. III to VIII and Std. XI. There will be no admission to classes IX* or X for the Academic Year 2008 – 09. (* contact office)

Admission Process : 

The admission process comprises of the following stages :

• Obtaining the Application Form for Admission from GUNDECHA EDUCATION ACADEMY.

• Submitting the duly completed Application for Admission * & supporting documents to GUNDECHA EDUCATION ACADEMY.

• Paying the Registration Fee.

• Acceptance of admission by the parents, submission of the documents and payment of the fees

• Confirmation of admission by GUNDECHA EDUCATION ACADEMY

Application for Admission : 

The application for admission and other relevant documents can be obtained from the school admission office on payment of Rs. 200 in cash. The duly completed Application for Admission must be submitted to the admission office on or before the last date stipulated, along with the following documents:

a) One certified true copy each of School Reports (written in English, please) of the last one year (wherever applicable)

b) One certified true copy of child's Birth Certificate & Original Birth Certificate.

c) One Certified true copy of each of details, including dates and grades of any Public / Board Examinations already taken.

d) 2 Passport size photographs.

e) Photocopy of the Residential proof.

Note : Whenever a photocopy is submitted, the original documents should be made available, upon request.

Age Criteria : We normally expect AGE of the child for respective classes shown below :

Acceptance of Admission : Admission will be confirmed on receipt of the following, within the specified deadline:

A) Fees
B) Security Deposit
C) Transfer Certificate from the School last attended (Countersigned incase of transfer from other states.)
D) Admission Acceptance Form.

        If, for any reason, the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, it must be produced on or before the commencement of regular classes, else admission will stand cancelled.

        The Admission Acceptance Form, to be signed by parents, seeks to confirm among other things, their financial responsibilities to the school, an agreement that they and the child will conform to the regulations of the school in force from time to time, and that the school will not be liable for any damages or charges on account of injuries sustained by the child during his/her stay at the school.

School Days and Timings : At GUNDECHA EDUCATION ACADEMY, the school days will be Monday through Friday (five days per week)  & some Saturdays with the following timings :

        Students will be expected to stay back for longer hours on certain days and attend school on some Saturdays for Sports, Club Activities, Events and other extra-curricular activities.

School Uniform : Gundecha Education Academy prescribes uniforms for all its students. students are expected to take pride in their personal appearance and to conform to all rules governing the school uniform. The wearing of a uniform helps prevent ostentatious display of wealth and immodest dressing, while serving to create a sense of belonging to the school. The details of the uniforms will be provided upon admission to the school.
